US Flag and Banner was founded in 2004 in Ocala, Florida. With the focus on the manufacture and distribution of economical advertising display items such as Feather Flags, Vertical Flags, and Custom Flags. Since then we have added many innovative products, marketing and management techniques, and 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
    Some of the equipment in our 45,000-square-foot facility includes:

  • - Three high speed 10.5-foot-wide, roll-to-roll, six color process digital printers, designed to print flexible substrates such as reinforced vinyl sheeting for banners, billboards, trade show graphics, building murals, and pressure sensitive vinyl.
  • - One giant 5'x10' 6-color process flatbed digital printing press that can print spectacular full color graphics directly to a variety of rigid and flexible substrates including: coroplast, foamcore, Sintra, Alumacore, and MDO, at a rate up to 800-square-feet per hour.

We've also recently added another 10.5-foot-wide high speed, roll-to-roll, 6-color process digital printing press, to print water-based dye directly to a full range textile, primarily for the purpose of producing dramatic one to full color flags and high end banners and display products.
